1. While creating Rice Jewelry, can you add more than one Grain of Rice per vial?

 Yes. Each vial can contain 2 Grains of Rice with the exception of the bulb and drop which can contain 3. The least amount of Rice, the better you can see each name. If you have two names, it is often nicer to put two names on one grain. Add the additional names and other instructions under special instructions during checkout.

2. While creating Rice Jewelry, can you put more than one name on a Grain of Rice?

Yes. One name on each side. For additional names describe the combination during checkout. If we have questions, we will contact you within the current business day. We are extremely vigilant about getting your order EXACTLY how you want it so if we have questions, we will contact you either by phone or email (or both).

3. Can you add other drawings to the Grain of Rice in my Rice Jewelry?

It depends on the name and drawing. Submit a contact request and we will contact you via email within' 4 hours with the answer between the hours of 7AM to 10PM PST. We also can draw Chinese Characters on the rice which will be added to the site soon.

4. How long is the black cord necklace?

We can make them any size, so we offer 16", 18" and 20". For kids, we make slider knots that are adjustable.

5. Do you have a catalog?

Unfortunately we do not have a catalog at this time. We are constantly working on items like this and will have a catalog in the future. If you would like one when it is complete, please submit your name and address with the words "catalog request".

6. Do you sell the vials wholesale? Can you assist me with creating my own, I bought vials somewhere and am having trouble.

We do not sell vials wholesale nor do we release our wholesale information. We cannot offer help in making your own because much of the process is based on experience. While we know there are creative people out there, creating rice jewelry is an intricate process and it is through our experience and techniques that we create quality, LONG-LASTING, rice jewelry. Many people that try to create their own end up buying them pre-made through us.

7. Can you add drawings to the Grain of Rice, such as a heart, shamrock or cross?

Yes. We will be happy to draw on your rice and if it's something not listed, complete a contact us request and we will respond within 2 hours, most of the time almost immediately. The drawings take up more space, therefore we cannot add them on the same side of the rice if you have a big name. Usually 6 characters is the maximum with a drawing because we like to keep the drawing seperate from the name. (We can always put it on the back if the back is blank)

8. When will my Rice Necklace ship and how long will it take to receive it?

Your order will ship the next business day, and if it is during Christmas season, we make every attempt to ship it same day. USPS Priority advertises that it takes 2-3 postal days, and USPS Express advertises "usually" next day. Express sometimes delivers on Sundays even. We cannot guarantee what the post office says as they have steered us wrong before! Therefore we can guarantee we'll ship it how you pay for it and the rest is up to the Post Office. If you're placing a last minute order for Christmas, just hope for the best!
